This means that we can offer you a wealth of styles and systems like Ultraframe, Ultraroof, Livinroof and Ultrasky, which are all highly respected, cutting edge options — giving you full autonomy on the amount of glass or tile you want your roof to have.
Light and comfort, perfectly balanced.

High performance, tiled conservatory roofs.
Seeking the lightest and strongest tiles for your conservatory roof? Ultraroof provides just this by sitting on old or new doors or window frames without the need for a tie bar.

Eliminate numerous bulky bars with the Ultrasky Lantern — a fantastic system to choose, whatever your design aspirations. The Ultrasky Lantern works perfectly with all property types, whether they’re modern or traditional.
Choose glazing for your conservatory which cleans itself, blocks out noise, or offers UV filters. We make glass which outperforms many others on the market by being prepared for all seasons.
We set aside however much time is needed to fully understand your vision and give you the glazed extension you dream of. We want you to have a space for all occasions, all year round; a space for your own time or somewhere to socialise without limits. Is it uPVC or PVCu?
If you sometimes read uPVC and other times PVCu, you might be wondering if they are both correct or if they are the same thing. They are the same, standing for unplasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride. The English language and how it deals with acronyms means this translates in uPVC. However, it was formally changed to PVCu in accordance with most European languages which say the noun first (PVC) followed by the adjective (u). Although this is the official change, many people in the UK still refer to the plastic as uPVC. Nonetheless, either way is correct and refers to the same thing — a very safe, durable and stylish plastic that makes up many of our immaculate doors, windows and conservatories.
Is it worth having a conservatory?
Conservatories transform your project by opening it up to the outside and giving you lots of space. Dodge gruelling, costly planning permission and numerous weeks of noisy construction by choosing a conservatory. Use this space for dinner parties and social events, as a playroom for your children, or just a place to relax. They are a great solution if you have found yourself craving more room within your project, but don’t want to commit to a full extension.
Are conservatories cheaper than extensions?
Conservatories are generally cheaper than extensions of a similar size. Extensions have to use many more materials such as concrete and bricks alongside other things, all adhering to specific insulative regulations. Conservatories are mostly made from glass with a uPVC or aluminium frame which are all made in our factory. So, when it comes to installing one in your project, the process is much faster and simpler. For a full breakdown of the costs of a conservatory in your project, contact us and we will give you a free, no obligation quote.
Do you need planning permission for a conservatory?
Conservatories tend to fall under “permitted development” rights, meaning the vast majority of cases do not require planning permission. You are welcome to extend your project to a reasonable extent and so long as the roof is of the same height as your existing one. We will let you know in good time if you come to us with a conservatory plan that may require planning permission so you can take the official steps. We have approval from CERTASS that gives a Building Regulation Compliance Certificate for all work we carry out. For guidance on planning permission, get in touch with us.
